well its quite easy,

you actually need about three shades of eyshadow and then you improvise

keep the darker shade on the outside and then the other one all round and the third one apply just a little (in this case its that bordeau/reddish colour)bit in a particular place

apply the second one first (in this case the light blue/gray one. Then the Dark one around the edge. And lastly the third one.

Im sure you didnt understand a thing ..

:S sorry!

Hey Angela! This is a gorgeous piece of inspiration.

I honestly think you have the smoky part down already by looking at your fotds. All you really need is to add the brown on the outer part of the lid outside of your smoky v and gray/silver on the inner. Bring and blend those two colors beyond your crease and towards your browbone to achieve the bigger eye effect. Keep the two colors no higher than the halfway point between your crease and brows.

I'll see if I can get somewhere with this this weekend, but it really just depends on the tykes. Hard to lock myself in the bathroom for an hour to take tutorial pictures, lol. Hopefully my explanation helps some in the meantime :) Email me if you have any other questions, ok girl?

Have a great weekend!! :)

I think you could quite honestly do this with one color, although two colors will give you more dimension.

Basically, you want to keep it as dark as possible towards the bottom of the lid (close to your lashlines), and blend upwards, keeping it lightest near your browbone. You want to achieve a gradient!

A fluffy blending brush would be great for blending out! The key to a smokey eye is to blend, blend, blend. If you want to use only one color, you can take a matte black and apply all over the lids and blend it out. If you use two colors, you can apply the dark brown as a base, then a matte black over the brown and blend out. It's hard to explain without pictures/video, but hopefully that made sense!
